Serpa would like to thank everyone who stopped by our booth at Pack Expo Las Vegas this September. It was a great show and we truly appreciated the opportunity to meet with so many of our valued clients. If you didn’t have a chance to attend the event, here are the highlights from our booth:
Our FG4 ran live demonstrations of its four-head carton former, loading 150 nutritional bars per minute, and carton closing. This machine uses a MagneMotion conveyor system for a smooth transition between carton forming and product loading.
Also on display was an intermittent cartoner on loan from our client, Sharp Packaging Solutions. This cartoner featured our newest u-fold leaflet feeding solution, which is now available for our intermittent motion cartoners.
The third machine on display was our RF450/TL450 High Speed Insert Feeder with an automatic tray loader. Visitors were able to see how easy it is to load a tray of inserts and let the machine cut the trays open and advance the leaflets without any work from the operator. Our live tabbing system and positive, contained single transfer results in the most efficient insert placing on the market.
