EXCLUSIONS:

  • Airfare invoiced separately at cost +5%.
  • Parts.
  • Lubricants and chemicals.
  • Lubrication tools and supplies.
  • Shifts in excess of 12 hours.
  • Trips that occur on a Sunday or Serpa paid holiday.
