Its powered infeed belts transfer the product into the system. Then, using air and the back pressure created by the belts, propels that product through the system to the helical rotation screws which then rotate it into the correct orientation. From there, the air along with the powered discharge belts, transfer the item out of the system to the next station, such as a conveyor or table, without the need for back pressure, even for the last product in a production run. The system purges itself of the last product without the need for operator intervention.
Ideal for any application where items need to be rotated on the production line to achieve the correct orientation, the Serpa Product Rotation System is also easy to set up and use! Simply place it in the desired production line location, connect it to power and air supplies, insert the correct helical rotation screws, close the frame, and turn on the power and air. From there, the system takes over. And belts are optional, depending on the production systems immediately before and after the system, with additional helical screws available to effortlessly accommodate items of different dimensions.
